Election Authorities
There are multiple places to register to vote during an election year including
County Clerk's Office Board of Election Commissioner's Office City and Village Offices Township Offices Precinct Committeeman Schools Public Libraries Military Recruitment Offices
Absentee Voters. Military personnel, citizens outside of the United States, state and federal employees can request an absentee voter ballot. Anyone requesting an absentee ballot may not visit a polling place on election day. Absentee application forms are only available prior to an election.
