There are three ways to register to vote in the state of Massachusetts. By mail, in person at any local registration location or at the registry of motor vehicles.

Any registered voter of Massachusetts can apply to receive an absentee ballot. A family member can also receive an absentee ballot for you if you're unable to receive a ballot.
