New Jersey Public Voting Records


Residents of New Jersey can register to vote up to 21 days before an election. To be eligible to vote, residents must be 18 years of age by the date of election, a resident for 30 days prior to the election and not serving a sentence, on probation or on parole.

Voter registration can be completed at the Division of Elections, the Commissioner of Registration's office, a municipal clerk, a Division of Motor Vehicles office as well as these other places.
