Register to vote in the state of New York. If you are (1) a U.S. Citizen, (2) a New York resident for a minimum of 30 days, (3) adult age - 18, by the date of the next election, (4) Not serving a criminal sentence, on parole or probation, (5) Not declared mentally incompetent by a court, (6) Not registered to vote in another location.
