Absentee ballot applications will be available after September 25, 2008.

To vote absentee, you must:

Once your application is received, the Clerk's office will verify your eligibility and compare your signature on the application against the signature on your voter registration record before issuing a ballot.

Early Voting

Beginning in 2006, Illinois voters may take part in early voting, which allows voters to vote before the election without having a reason or excuse. Those early voters must vote in person (not by mail) at a designated early voting site.
